Does Smart Skipping Rope Really Help Persist in Exercise?

In the field of fitness and exercise, my self-discipline is not high. Occasionally, I schedule an exercise plan for myself on a whim. I have tried morning jogging, jogging, skipping rope, gym and other methods, but often stop after two or three days. Summarizing the reasons for the repeated failures of exercise programs in the past, the main reason is that there is no tool for automatic monitoring/recording, and there is no review of historical exercise data, cause no exciting point of persistence. One little change could easily make me cancel my workout.
